The workouts are varied, challenging, scaled to people's injuries when needed, fun and enjoyable. Crossfit came into my life when I was getting bored with Gym classes, no one there to help and guide you. Not with Rick's Crossfit MB. He's there to guide you every step of the way.
Then to top if off we have the Yoga classes by Nikki. She is a god saviour in helping tired, aching muscles.
Come and have a try you wont look back.
